Hi, my name’s Justin Rappolt. I run the Australian Home Mortgage mortgage broking brand. I do this as a Father, Partner, Soccer Coach, & some people find interesting formally qualified Electrical Engineer.
I have a decades experience & do this because I enjoy guiding people. Every day I get to employ my unique skill set to support the community in their property ownership vision.
But it wasn’t always this way, Australian Home Mortgage has been successful for over 30 years, pre internet (dot.com) bubble. Clear communication & acting in the best interest of the client was & still is the key to success.
2019 marks the year that I started the transformation of brand with my Father (a Mortgage Broker for 3 decades) into a best practise & efficient business, with a re-orientation towards a tailored client solution & minimal effective workload/stress for the client. No easy feat, however we now have systems that work.
I didn’t re-invent the wheel, however instead merged tried & proven processes with the latest systems & technology that achieve client results and improve client experience.
